Terry Jones Zach is the managing partner of the Law Offices of Shimer Zach. Raised in Henderson, she brings a long-standing connection to the communities and courts of Southern Nevada.
After earning her political science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Terry completed her law degree at Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating cum laude. Before establishing the firm in 2014, she practiced with the Law Offices of John J. Momot and Mueller, Hinds & Associates in Las Vegas.
Her work centers on criminal defense, including helping clients address the consequences of an arrest or accusation and pursue record sealing when eligible. She represents clients in Las Vegas and other Southern Nevada communities.
