Great experience from start to finish. Attorney Shimer immediately took my call and accepted the case, assigning it to Attorney Terry Jones. Attorney Jones always responded to my daughter's and my concerns in a timely manner. She was pleasant, caring, and never sugar coated what the outcome could have been. She always gave her honest and professional opinion.
